BIW launches web-based project control application throughout north America

(30 November 2009) - BIW Technologies chief executive officer Colin Smith has announced the opening of BIW's North American hosting facilities to provide local support for its rapidly expanding user base across the USA, Canada and the Caribbean islands. BIW Technologies' directors announce successful recapitalisation

(03 September 2009) - BIW has announced a recapitalisation backed by the company’s largest shareholder to provide a strong, debt-free platform for continued success. BIW was refinanced by NovaVest Fund 1 LP, advised by Tempo Capital Partners LLP. In addition to the settlement of all outstanding debt (amounting to £3.5m in aggregate) the deal secures around £300,000 of new working capital to further develop the business. Full Story...

Cambridgeshire Highways selects BIW to manage 40,000 projects a year

(23 June 2009) - Cambridgeshire Highways is using a project control platform from BIW to manage around 40,000 small projects a year, currently valued at approximately £27.5m per annum.
