Head of product development at BIW, Chris Stebbings has overall responsibility for development of new BIW products, from definition to delivery – a role in which he able to draw on his early career as an engineer. He joined BIW in 2000, however, having also spent more than 30 years as an ICT professional.

For some years in the late 1980s and early 1990s he ran his own software business, and his successful track record in corporate ICT also includes spells as IT manager for a division of Smith & Nephew, and as north European communications manager for Texas Instruments.
