BIW director of professional services Narinder Sangha joined BIW in 2000 and is responsible for BIW's still-expanding and increasingly international professional services and customer support teams.

Sangha is a qualified member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. He has wide experience, initially in practice, and further through roles within British Telecom, Yellow Pages and the Nationwide Building Society. In 1997 he joined Pannell Kerr Forster as a member of the IT Consultancy division before joining CSB as finance director designate while working alongside Colin Smith.
