The reports features built into the core BIW: Collaboration platform allows users to generate various reports regarding access to the system and document publication schedules.

For example, you may want to discover who has yet to access a new document that you distributed. A search can be instigated, generating a list of individuals still to open that particular document. BIW then offers you the the facility to send a reminder email to each individual listed.

Other reports include exception reports to highlight delays. For instance, the schedule of drawings has a field where the planned date for publication is entered. If that date passes and no drawing has yet been produced, the project manager can produce a report to highlight the delays, allowing time to action contingency plans where necessary.

BIW: Project Reporting enables the production of high-quality, formatted reports. Features include:
